What the BAFE audit means for us:
Mandatory audits – reaccreditation audits every three years, with an annual audit in between - are performed by UKAS Accredited Certification Bodies to determine if an organisation can evidence quality management systems and the competency to deliver specific fire safety works. Our recent reaccreditation audit was carried out by the professional inspectorate SSAIB to ensure we continue to meet these rigorous national standards.

We are proud to report a strong performance:

• zero "major" non-conformities were found during the process
• "minor" non-conformities were identified and rectified shortly after the audit three
• Our communication, reporting, and response times were checked across the entire client journey, from first contact to on-site system monitoring
